Job Description : The Club Staff employees are the face of the club. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet and check in all members and guests
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to proper departments
- Update member’s account information
- Help members with questions or complaints
- Take payments for account balances, guest fees and other misc items
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Prior clerical and administrative experience
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Experience with data entry, filing, and calendar management
