Front Desk Receptionist

These employees are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it's their job to set the tone for the rest of the members’ club experience by being friendly and welcoming. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business, and enjoy a complimentary membership.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries using proper phone etiquette
- Utilize computer skills to support office operations
- Support front desk operations and assist with member check-ins
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office management
- Assist with event planning and project coordination as needed
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience working at the front desk
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
