Job Description:
The Club staff employees are the face of the club. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet and check in all members and guests.
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls to proper departments.
- Update members account information.
- Help members with questions or complaints.
- Take payments for account balances, guest fees and other misc. items.
Job type: Part - time
Pay: $16.28 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
