They span multiple departments and are responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, fun, friendly environment and helping set the tone for the club experience. Whether interacting with members, assisting operations, maintaining facilities, generating leads, building relationships, or closing deals, these team members play critical roles across nearly all aspects of the business. Opportunities in these different departments range from club staff to sales to maintenance and all the way up to managers, with almost something for everyone in between
