Fitness International, LLC - Is looking for high level talent in Pittsburgh. We currently have 7 locations in Pittsburgh PA, with over 700 nationwide. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness Industry.
Currently, we are looking to acquire candidates who we can quickly grow into our Membership Director role. You must be willing to have a student mentality, and ready to roll the sleeves up to show what you can do.
A Qualified Candidate will have
- Experience with sales management in the fitness or similar industry
- Strong sales skills
- Fitness related experience
- Strong Product Knowledge of Cardiovascular, Strength Training, and Mobility
- High level Leadership capabilities
- High level Management and Organizational skills
- Ability to Market, Sell at the retail level (no armchair managers welcome)
- Strong competency in recruiting and hiring staff.
- Willingness to start at the Assistant level for a short period of time to prove yourself before we ask you to develop other future managers
At the retail level, our top managers make well above the $90,000 range through a mixture of base, commission, and bonus.

Pay: $34,500.00 - $74,000.00 per year
