About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager in Training (OMIT) at our Mukilteo-Speedway location. This entry-level leadership role is designed to prepare you for full Operations Manager responsibilities through hands-on experience and mentorship.
You’ll train under a senior manager (Member Services Manager, Area Manager, or District Supervisor), with most OMITS transitioning to full roles within 6 weeks to 8 months, depending on individual strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise 10 staff across:
- Front Desk (Operations)
- Babysitting/Kids Klub
- Club Pride/Janitorial
- Maintain a clean, fun, and friendly club environment
- Build strong relationships with staff and members
- Collaborate with Sales, Personal Training, and Aerobics teams
- Address member concerns professionally and proactively
- Support revenue generation and uphold club standards
Ideal Candidate

- Adaptable and achievement-driven
- Bubbly personality with a desire to grow and learn
- College degree preferred
- Background in fitness, hospitality, or banking is a plus
