Facilities Maintenance Crew

Fitness International, LLC — the largest privately owned health club company in the U.S. — is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Crew to oversee multiple locations and ensure our clubs remain safe, clean, and fully operational. What You’ll Do
- Fulfill and manage repair service requests across multiple clubs
- Supervise janitorial staff and uphold cleanliness standards
- Perform and oversee repairs in:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Lighting, ballasts, paint, sinks, showers, etc.
- Operate lifts and equipment; climb ladders and access rooftops
- Lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Use tools and equipment for plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
- Initiate preventative maintenance (e.g., corner guards, carpet tears, leaks, drains, caulking)
- Train and guide janitorial teams
- Communicate effectively with club managers to coordinate repairs and part orders
What You Bring
- Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Strong knowledge of tools and repair techniques
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Experience in facility maintenance or related fields preferred
