Membership Director

The Role: You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals to strategically drive membership sales, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth of our fitness community.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive membership growth
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance sales team
Analyze market trends and implement innovative sales strategies
Foster strong relationships with current and potential members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience
Requirements:
Proven track record in membership sales, with experience in a leadership role
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets
Passion for the health and wellness industry
Ability to work nights and weekends
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day
