We are currently restructuring our in-club leadership team and are seeking motivated, business-minded individuals to take on key management roles in our Western New York locations .
Position: Fitness Sales Manager – you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your club, with a primary focus on driving gym membership and personal training sales to grow profits. You’ll manage a team consisting of an Assistant Manager and a Head Trainer, working collaboratively to achieve financial and performance goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Sell gym memberships and personal training services, utilizing proven strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through internal, external, and digital marketing channels to attract new members and clients.
- Relationship Building: Engage with current and potential members, building strong relationships through consistent communication and personalized service.
- Community Engagement: Leverage local partnerships and community outreach to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the gym.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor your team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and motivation to succeed.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Financial Growth: Monitor club performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to maximize profitability.
