Responsibilities:
The Medical Office Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for our patients and customers in our Physician Practice office. This individual will check in and check out patients in a doctor’s office setting as well as answer all incoming calls. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, insurance verification, data entry, and other assignments as needed. The ideal candidate will provide strong customer service, work well in a team environment, thrive in a fast paced environment, and remain positive and friendly while working under pressure.
