La Europa Academy is hiring a part or full time Overnight Youth Mentor. This position offers competitive pay and a great deal of flexibility; the position of a youth mentor is a great fit for college students or those looking to add income to the household. As an overnight Youth Mentor you will be in charge of making sure our students are safely accounted for in their rooms throughout the night. There is a lot of down time in between the checks so this allows you time to get homework done or binge watch your favorite show on Netflix Applicants must be flexible, dependable, and have an ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Nightwatch hours run from 10:45 pm to 8:15 am on the weekends and 10:45pm to 7:00am on the weekdays.
This is a great position to catch up on reading, homework, etc
Position Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 21-years-old.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- High school diploma, although a Bachelor's Degree or related field experience is preferred.
- Work at least one weekend night.
