Overview
La Diperie is a small ice cream shop in Winter Park, FL. It was born from a growing desire to offer a product that is original, of higher quality, attractive to the eye, and most of all delicious! Since its creation in 2014 in Canada, it has expanded to over 70 shops across Canada. The Winter Park location is its third venture into the U.S, and first in the Orlando area.
Entry-level positions focus on excellent customer service in order to receive hiring consideration. Applicants must display consistent positive behaviors.
We are specifically looking for afternoon and some evening availability.
Here are some of the highlights on what your job will entail:
- Greeting guests, taking customer orders with a smile.
- Making ice cream to order.
- Replenish displays.
- Processing payments.
- Managing delivery and mobile orders.
- Assembling orders and packaging take-out and delivery.
- Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our guests, fellow ice cream artists and yourself.

Wage for ice cream artists start at $11.98 an hour (with tips approx $18 /hour).
While any previous experience you have is helpful, what is more important is how well you work with customers.
The virtual interviews involve informal conversation, answering some questions and demonstration of personable attitudes.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
