We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel and deliver exceptional hospitality from the moment each guest arrives. As the first point of contact, you will help guests feel valued, informed, and cared for throughout their stay. Your role sets the tone for their entire stay—friendly, attentive, and service-focused.
Available shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Please only apply if your availability fits these shifts.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting guests with warmth, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing accurate information about our rooms, amenities, and local area. If you have a passion for guest service and prior hospitality experience, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a genuine, friendly welcome to every guest upon arrival and set a positive tone for their stay.
- Perform all check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring all guest details are correct and complete.
- Offer clear information about hotel services, available rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Verify payment methods, process transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain calm and professionalism when handling guest concerns or complaints, resolving them promptly with empathy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and tailored to guest needs prior to arrival.
- Confirm group bookings and assist with personalized arrangements for weddings, events, and VIP guests.
- Recommend and upsell additional services or amenities in a guest-centric manner.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, guest profiles, and payments.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
