JOB REQUIREMENTS: BUILDING REPRESENTATIVE LA CROSSE CENTER: The City of
La Crosse is seeking to fill a full-time Building Representative
position at La Crosse\'s premier convention site and entertainment
destination for concerts, conventions, trade shows, entertainment, and
sporting events. Position is responsible to prepare the La Crosse Center
for events by providing set-up and tear down, general building and
grounds custodial duties, snow removal, routine building maintenance
tasks and providing lead janitor/maintenance guidance to a casual labor
staff. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements:
Candidates shall have a high school diploma or equivalent, with two
years progressively responsible janitorial/maintenance experience, or
any combination of education and experience which provides equivalent
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Previous Experience In a Leadership
role is desirable. Valid driver\'s license required. Candidate must be
able to work a flexible schedule of various work hours to include
evenings, weekends and holidays. This position will mostly work during
