JOB REQUIREMENTS: The City of La Crosse is accepting applications for a
full-time Banquet Cook to join the team at the La Crosse Center. The La
Crosse Center is the City\'s premier convention site and entertainment
destination which provides for concerts, conventions, trade shows,
entertainment, and sporting events. The Banquet Cook position is
responsible for the proper preparation of food items required for all
events and special parties at the La Crosse Center. Performs cooking
and/or other buffet station duties as required. This position will be
under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Two years of experience in
high-volume banquet kitchens. Sanitation license or Food Handler
