Host - La Crosse Distilling Co

Host Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers
• Rearrange the table in conformity with the Distillery standards
• Seat guests in accordance with Distillery standards
• Ensure restaurant and surrounding areas are aesthetically pleaseing ; ensure floor area around the merchandise area is clean
• Restock the merchandise stand daily, and throughout shift
• Communicate with servers & bartenders regarding seated guests; pass on any appropriate chits to culinary or manangement as needed
• Mange waitlists for guests & give proper direction to guests as to waiting areas & waitlist processes

Host Requirements

• 2 years previous experience in FOH service industry operations
• Prior experience with POS and/or seating systems
• Ability to interact positively wiwth management, coworkers, and guests
• Ability to multi-task & manage wait lists

Physical Requirement

• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
• Frequently lift/carry up to 20 lbs

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
