Bartender Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Consistently serve beverage and food in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Create custom craft cocktails for guests utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, menu availability
- Educate servers & guests in regards to all Distillery products & processes
- Stock bar with beer, liquor & related supplies
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Physical Requirement
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Frequently lift/carry up to 20 lbs
