We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using appropriate methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with bussing tables and organizing dining areas as needed.
- Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food preparation and service.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs for kitchen equipment to management promptly.
- Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as directed to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
