La Creare Schools is seeking an experienced and motivated Kindergarten Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early elementary education and a proven ability to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience teaching Kindergarten or early elementary grades
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional practices
- Classroom management skills that promote a positive and structured learning environment
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that supports early literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and collaboration
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Monitor student progress and use assessments to guide instruction
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support school-wide goals and initiatives
