Creator Outreach Coordinator

La Coochie is a modern intimates brand creating better basics for down there. We make underwear and bralettes with GOTS-certified organic cotton, non-toxic dyes, and thoughtfully chosen materials because we believe what sits closest to your skin matters.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creator Outreach Coordinator to help us find and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with the La Coochie brand.

This role is focused on growing our creator community through thoughtful, personalized outreach and excellent follow-through.

You’ll be responsible for finding small to mid-sized creators who fit our aesthetic, customer, values, and overall brand energy, then managing the process from initial outreach through product delivery and content follow-up.

A big part of this role is keeping all the moving pieces organized. You should be the kind of person who notices when someone hasn’t responded, remembers that a package was supposed to arrive Tuesday, and keeps a tracker meticulously updated without needing to be reminded.

• Research and identify brand-aligned micro and mid-sized creators across Instagram and TikTok
• Vet creators for aesthetic, audience fit, engagement, content quality, and overall brand alignment
• Send personalized creator outreach and manage ongoing communication
• Track outreach, responses, creator details, product selections, shipping information, and content status
• Coordinate gifting and product sends, including gathering sizing, color preferences, and shipping details
• Work with our team to ensure packages are prepared and sent correctly
• Monitor shipments and follow up after delivery
• Follow up consistently with creators regarding expected content
• Keep creator relationships warm and organized for potential future partnerships
• Maintain a clean, accurate creator database so we always know who was contacted, what was sent, when it arrived, what they posted, and what needs follow-up
• Flag standout creators who may be a good fit for ongoing partnerships or paid collaborations

• Are extremely detail-oriented. This is the biggest requirement for the role.
• Are naturally organized and excellent at keeping track of lots of small details at once
• Have a strong eye for creators who actually fit a brand rather than simply looking at follower count
• Understand Instagram, TikTok, UGC, and the creator/influencer space
• Write warm, personable outreach that doesn’t feel copied and pasted
• Are comfortable following up multiple times and keeping conversations moving
• Can work independently and proactively identify what needs attention
• Are comfortable working in spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools
• Have strong written English and communication skills
• Bonus: You have previous experience with influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, creator gifting, or ecommerce/DTC brands
