What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at LA Clippers?
The LA Clippers are accepting applications for Team Members! Team Members play an instrumental role in creating a best-in-class experience for our fans before, during, and after each Clippers home game at Intuit Dome. We are built differently, committed to the Fan Experience, and are looking for Team Members to rise to the occasion! Brand Marketing
Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Brand Marketing
- Create unforgettable experiences for all fans by assisting with pre-game fan activations/stations in the Plaza and theme nights and giveaway items in-arena
- Bring fans to our new Shoot 360 station where they can put their basketball skills to the test with our shooting cages and state-of-the-art skills and drills technology
- Help implement community programs and initiatives during games and community events throughout the season, such as Season of Giving, school programs, and partnerships
- During the game, Team Members will greet guests, assist in pre-game and in-game activations, and manage the Community Silent Auction table
- Assist with researching information for community programs and events
- Play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service for members by organizing and executing gameday experiences, monitoring inbound gameday communications, and distributing gifts
- Setup and breakdown of IT equipment at Intuit Dome
- Assisting other departments with their game day technology needs
- Troubleshooting technology issues during game day
- User IT support
- Support our team and help create a home-court advantage in the Wall! and the Swell
- The Wall! is where Clippers fans come together to root for our team, in our home
- The Swell is our exclusive Supporter Section for our most passionate fans willing to stand, cheer, and help deliver home court advantage throughout the entire game.
- Set-up amenities for VIP guests (contractual obligations, special occasion/celebration, etc.)
- Inspect & monitor VIP space environments prior to doors and during each event
- Actively check-in with VIP guests & troubleshoot questions/issues right away
- Greet & escort VIP guests from their arrival to departure
- Deliver gifts to VIP guests as needed
- Assist with set-up and strike of special events as needed
- Ability to excel in teams and individually as required by business need.
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Able to read, write and take directions in English.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover NBA games.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation
- $17.28 per hour. Expected hours of work per week vary by department.
- We provide staff parking for each game.
- The role is classified as a part-time, non-exempt position.
