What You’ll Do
This dual-licensed role provides psychotherapy and substance use disorder (SUD) counseling as part of our integrated Behavioral Health team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Complete mental health and AODA assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans
- Determine SUD treatment needs using ASAM criteria
- Facilitate individual and group SUD counseling sessions
- Coordinate care with primary care, MAT prescribers, county agencies, and community partners
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR (EPIC)
- Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and recovery options
- Conduct outreach activities and rotate in an on-call schedule
- Work may occur in clinic, office, telehealth, and community settings, with some local travel required.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- WI licensure or eligibility within 6 months (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Competency in assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and treatment planning
- Experience working with mental health and substance use concerns
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and trauma-informed care skills
- Valid WI Driver’s License
- BLS Certification
- EMR and MS Office proficiency
Preferred
- Substance Use Disorder Counselor credential (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC)
- One or more years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience with MAT coordination
