About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and supports recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely support for HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries
- Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and ensure data integrity
- Support compliance activities, including licensure tracking and audits
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes
- Generate HR reports and track key metrics
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience with ADP strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
