We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
The Senior Accountant is responsible for all functional areas of accounting, payroll, fixed assets, accounts payable and related functions. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting including accounts payable, general ledger and payroll required. Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office required.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting reports
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insight
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and organizational policies
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
