La Casa Family Health Center is accepting applications/resumes for a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and developing technical solutions related to software and troubleshoots end users’ problems. Facilitates training on software use, best practices and identifying top errors committed by staff, new system features, and upgrades. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support, and documents, tracks and monitors the problem(s) to ensure a timely resolution. Must be able to travel between site locations. Pre-employment background check and drug test required. La Casa is an EOE.
