You can take great pride in ensuring that everything is in good repair, clean, and neat for everyone who enters La Casa de Esperanza. You will be part of a dedicated team that works towards keeping La Casa de Esperanza a clean and safe place for all who work or visit the building. The work hours for this role are from 11 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities
- Clean bathrooms, including toilet, sinks, mirrors & floors.
- Vacuum carpets.
- Clean windows.
- Mop classrooms, hallways, stairwells & atrium.
- Remove garbage from classrooms.
- Dust windowsills, some offices & common areas.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, Director of Operations, or President and CEO.
- Experience in general repair, which can include minor carpentry, plumbing & electrical.
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and keep on task.
- Work well with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma/GED; or 2-5 years of related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
