Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administers all online/mobile banking products including, but not limited to, mobile remote deposit capture, e-statements, and bill pay.
- Assists members with online banking questions/issues while ensuring positive resolution and exceptional member service.
- Provides support for front-line and back-office staff.
- Handles incoming phone calls and responds to all member inquiries received through secure mail (web/online banking).
- Performs maintenance and other related tasks required for the administration and processing of online banking transactions.
- Reviews, approves, and ensures the daily processing of ACH and external transfer files out of online banking.
- Provides technical support/troubleshooting for online banking, tablet, and mobile apps.
- Runs monthly reports (i.e., online banking statistics).
- Possesses adequate product knowledge as measured by the annual product knowledge certification assessment.
- Completes and performs all other duties as assigned, including special projects.
- Understands compliance issues and attends training as they relate to credit union services, including, but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act, Reg P, and Patriot Act

Education and/or Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
