Prep Cook

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks.
2. Assist the kitchen team in following recipes and preparing food according to set standards.
3. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
4. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
5. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
6. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations.
7. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role.
2. Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen setting.
3. Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
4. A team player with good communication skills.
5. Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a culinary school is a plus.
