La Caldería is a Virginia-based food and wellness business bringing traditional bone broth into modern life. We make premium freeze-dried bone broth using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and we're growing our presence at local farmers markets.
We're looking for an outgoing, dependable person to represent our products at weekend markets in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
This isn't a job where you stand behind a table waiting for customers. You'll be introducing people to something new, sharing samples, making connections, and creating a shopping experience that brings customers back.
A typical market day
You'll take ownership of your assigned market, from opening to closing.
- Prepare and arrange an inviting, organized sales booth.
- Welcome shoppers, offer product samples, and start conversations.
- Share product information and help customers find what fits their needs.
- Recommend products and actively work toward sales goals.
- Process purchases using our point-of-sale system.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate product counts.
- Keep the booth clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Pack equipment and merchandise securely at the end of the market.

- Have experience in sales, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
- Feel comfortable recommending products and asking for the sale.
- Can manage your responsibilities independently without constant supervision.
- Are reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
- Have reliable transportation to assigned market locations.
- Are comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and handling booth setup
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
