About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista with at least 2 years of barista experience to join our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do
- Craft high-quality coffee & tea beverages to our standards
- Assist customers with menu selections & provide great recommendations
- Operate POS system & handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment
- Follow food safety & handling procedures
- Work with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy hours
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to warmly welcome and positively engage with customers (Required)
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
- A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques, latte art and beverage preparation methods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Strong social media skills are a plus
