What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative position at La Cañada Pet Clinic?
We are looking for an amazing Client Service Representative that is eager and willing to help our hospital grow and offer every patient and client a great experience at our hospital.
The ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude and who enjoys coming to work everyday ready to make a difference in not only the hospital but in every patient's life. Strong customer service skills and the ability to have attention to details are required, as well as a passion for positively contributing to our clients' experiences and the growth of the business. You must be able to maintain a professional, cheerful and helpful attitude and be willing to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Someone with past veterinary experience, preferably 1-2 years experience, is preferred. Experience with Cornerstone is a big plus. We need someone who understands the importance of providing exemplary customer service to all our clients
