Examples of Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills including Microsoft office, excel, and word
- Intermediate/ advanced knowledge with office equipment (fax machine, scanner, copy machine)
- Proficient in clear, effective, and professional communication across verbal, written, and electronic formats
- Detail oriented
- Ability to apply policies and guidelines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team in tasks/processes
- Capable of lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
- Capacity to work for prolonged periods, whether seated or standing
- Ability to perform routine physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
Example of Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, operate, test, and maintain Election Related Equipment
- Proof election materials for accuracy and quality
- Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes
- Verifying seal information and completing QC checklists
- Preparing machines for delivery
- Prepare inventory for input into machines
- Provide verification of output material and other pertinent information
- Lead a team responsible for a specific logistics process
- Perform related warehouse duties as required
- Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election material
- Perform related warehouse duties as required
