Experience
- Prior experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Supervising experience is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions
- Strong communication skills help in delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with team members
- Experience in bakery stores or similar retail environments enhances understanding of stocking and merchandising processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours is essential
