Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our Augusta, GA location. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases, and maintaining the store’s aesthetic appeal. The role also involves engaging in sales activities, monitoring inventory, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key part in fostering a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role also includes helping in the kitchen, to include creating recipes, filling molded Chocolates, unmolding chocolates, as well as, packaging products.
