Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Person to join our team in a fast-paced pizzeria environment. As a Counter Person, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a clean and sanitary environment. MUST BE AVAILABLIE 10AM TO 4PM!!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen as per health regulations.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality control.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
