Order Packer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing products efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before they are shipped. This role requires a strong focus on organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
• Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Conversational Spanish preferred.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 pounds) safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
