- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, etc.
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy kitchen environment-
- Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety
Note: Prior experience as a Baker is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a passion for baking.
