Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dedicated Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time position focused on preparing French pastries and baked goods. The ideal candidate will be passionate about traditional French pastry techniques and executing high-quality products consistently in a busy bakery environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and produce a range of authentic French pastries and desserts (cakes, tarts, petits fours, etc.)
Follow traditional French pastry recipes and presentation standards
Maintain quality and consistency in all products
Ensure kitchen cleanliness & food safety compliance
Support inventory management and ingredient preparation
Collaborate with the team to optimize production flow
Qualifications:
Pastry experience in a professional bakery or kitchen
Ability to produce high-quality French style pastries
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Excellent time management and ability to start early morning shifts
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively
