Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations at multiple multi-family properties. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all equipment is operational. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for coordinating repairs, enhancing property conditions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the maintenance department.

- Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
