What You'll Be Doing
As a Mental Health Technician (MHT) on our 2nd shift team, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents' daily routines and emotional well-being. You'll work closely with our team to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily activities in a respectful and professional manner
- Monitor resident behavior and provide documentation as needed
- Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to enhance quality of care
- Light clerical work and documentation
Your Schedule
- Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Set schedule, including weekends and holidays
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with adults with mental illness strongly preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and a team player
- Must pass a drug screen, Level 2 criminal background check, and TB test
- Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record required
