Responsibilities:
Assists in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan. Assists the Director of Business Development (BDB) in the development and coordination of projects. Completes special task assignments and referral account assignments as identified by the Director of Business Development. Conducts sales training with the sales team at least quarterly. Completes field ride-a-longs with team members as assigned by DBD. Represents the facility in the assigned markets to include hospitals, crisis units, physicians, mental health professionals and other assigned groups or agencies. Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development.

Business Development Manager, Full-time

Marketing Managements Responsibilities
- Special task assignment as identified by the Director of Business Development (DBD)

Marketing Responsibilities
- Identifies the most viable, potential referral sources/payers within the target markets and determine how to access those sources
- Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of target markets and the needs of existing and potentail referal sources within assigned territories
- Provides individualed follow-up services when appropriate
- Develops an individual sales plan, using a product line approach, identifying, developing, and maintaining specific referral account each month
- Demonstrates effective interpersoanl skills when dealing with referral sources.
- Maintains a high profiel with the home-based community in participating in a civic club or serving as a volunteer for a private non-profit organization.
