LA Alarms, a local, veteran-owned security company, is hiring two canvassers to introduce our home security services to homeowners and set appointments for our sales team.
Your job is to start the conversation and set qualified appointments. Our closers handle the sales presentation and agreement.
What you’ll do:
- Visit homes in assigned neighborhoods.
- Introduce LA Alarms and identify homeowners interested in security and camera systems.
- Schedule appointments with our sales team.
- Record accurate contact information and conversation notes.
- Represent our company professionally and respectfully.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, dependable people who can confidently start conversations.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- Comfort walking and working outdoors.
- Availability during evenings and weekends when homeowners are home.
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven process.
Door-to-door, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we’re interested in motivated applicants who are ready to learn.
Pay: $18 per hour plus commissions.
