Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in computer systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years as Google Workspace Administrator, preferably in educational environment
- Minimum of 1-3 years with experience in Chromebook hardware repair
- Google IT Support Certificate or CompTIA A certifications preferred
- Understanding of data integration between student information systems, learning management systems, and third-party applications
- Ability to train others in the use of hardware and software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and ability to travel between school locations as needed
- Ability to create and maintain procedural and end user documentation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development related to technology and instructional applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances necessary for all school employees
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required
Job Goal:
Provide responsive Tier 1 technology support to staff and students, ensuring reliable access to devices, platforms, and systems that support teaching, learning and operations. Partner and coordinator with technical vendors for network maintenance and tier 2 and 3 support. Assist staff with website content updates and limited social media support as directed.
Essential Function:
- Technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students (deploy/ decommission devices, tier 1 issues, hardware repairs, support tickets)
- Partner with technology solutions partner on network management and upgrades
- Systems administration (Google, Sharepoint, integrations, inventory, network support)
- Training and documentation (train staff, create and maintain procedural documentation, ticket resolutions)
- Technology planning and security (monitor trends, support data integrity and security, road maps)
Marginal Functions:
- Must be willing to engage in ongoing professional development related to assigned functions
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and carrying
- Repetitive movement of fingers and hands
Sensory Demands:
- Visual acuity to read correspondence and computer screens
- Auditory acuity to be able to use telephone and communicate with stakeholders

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
