Job Overview:
L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking Construction Laborers with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and attention to detail to work on project sites within the water and wastewater construction industry. This position involves performing physically demanding tasks, most of the time in the Florida heat. The ideal candidate is proactive, can work power tools, and is willing to be a team player.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to listen, understand and follow direction.
- Ready to learn from on the job training when needed.
- Be a proactive team member when it comes to safety rules, see something say something.
- Construction site preparation.
- Material handling
- Operating power tools.
- Attend weekly/daily safety meetings.
