Demolition Foreman

Job Summary:
L4 Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Demolition Foreman to lead demolition projects across the DMV area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with power tools, and the ability to manage crews efficiently while ensuring safety and quality on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead demolition crews on-site
• Operate and oversee the use of power tools and demolition equipment
• Read and interpret construction drawings and demolition plans
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Coordinate daily job site activities and communicate with project managers
• Train and guide team members to maintain high performance and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete required reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Foreman in demolition or construction Preferred
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using power tools
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Ability to lead a team and manage job site operations
• Must speak and understand English
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive throughout the DMV area
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA certification (10 or 30)
• Experience in demolition
