Job Description:
This position requires an intermediate professional Software Applications Engineer with practical knowledge in the deployment, integration, and support of software development as well as software configuration management tools on Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms. Responsiblities include development, deployment, and advanced end user support for custom augmentations to Oracle’s Agile PLM application.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain configuration of the Agile PLM systems
- Generate and maintain documentation describing configuration and processes within the Agile PLM systems
- Generate and maintain end user training documentation within the Agile PLM systems
- Work end user requests through the ITServiceNow tool
- Generate and work development/change tasks using JIRA
- Support enterprise and business audits and projects with respect to Agile PLM
- Support the various Agile PLM user groups within L3Harris
- Deliver Agile PLM training to functional trainers
- Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Configuration Management, Computer science, or related subject area and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- Minimum 2 years experience using a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in Configuration Management and Product Design
- Exposure to Bills of Material (BOMs) and engineering documentation
- Knowledge working in ticketing systems similar to ITServiceNow and JIRA
- Ability to deliver trainings and provide leadership over small project
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $71,500 - $132,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
