Job Description:
- Directs all phases of programs assigned from inception through completion.
- Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.
- Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
- Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and identifies and implements solutions, such as allocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
- Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience and/or directly relevant sustainment experience of proven performance with DOD or USN customer
- Production/Manufacturing program management experience
- Program Cost management and cost account management
- Manufacturing operations experience
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- EVMS experience
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and results driven individual
- Proven project/program management performance with DOD or USN customer
- Microsoft Office – Proficiency

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $90K-$168K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $104-$193K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
