Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing & Brand Management

• Design, manage, and maintain the company website and social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns
• Create, manage, and optimize email and client drip marketing campaigns
• Design and distribute client correspondence, including welcome packages, thank-you cards, and other marketing materials

Client & Transaction Support

• Coordinate closing details and communications with clients
• Develop and present loan process timelines to clients
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, settlement agents, insurance agents, clients, and investors

Loan Pipeline Management

• Manage an active pipeline of loans and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
• Provide timely communication to clients and referral partners as key milestones are reached
• Track, manage, and follow up on new leads and referral opportunities
• Submit complete loan files to processing in accordance with investor guidelines and underwriting requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant throughout the loan process
