TITLE PROCESSOR/CLOSER

Title Processor is required to have 2-year minimum experience in requesting payoffs, lien letters, data entry, HOA Estoppels, commitments, and preparing CDs, ALTAs, and HUD1 Settlement Statements with experience using DoubleTime software
Bilingual (English & Spanish) a Must !!!!
This position will focus on real estate closings and issuance of title insurance. Duties will include requesting payoffs, requesting lien letters, data entry, HOA Estoppels, preparation of closing documents, and coordinating execution of documents for "mail-away" and mobile closings.
Sought after skills and knowledge areas include timeliness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and ability to work independently in a high volume environment.
Knowledge on the use of Doubletime and/or Qualia is preferred for Title Processors. Salary will be based on experience and knowledge areas.
