Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles and locations
- Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and community programs
- Represent the company at career fairs and outreach events
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Design and deliver a seamless onboarding process
- Support benefits administration and lead open enrollment
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture through engagement initiatives
- Training & Development
- Coordinate performance management processes
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
- Maintain compliance records for training and development
- HR Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Address employee relations concerns professionally and consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency with ATS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction or trades industry preferred
